National ESG Conference Sparks Insightful Dialogue
The IQAC of Arihant Institute of Commerce and Management hosted a One-Day National Conference on Contemporary Issues in ESG on 24th May 2024, drawing 35 scholars, academicians, research students, and corporate delegates. Chief Guest Dr. S. Sharan delivered an inspiring address on emerging ESG challenges and the role of technology and Gen Z in sustainability, followed by expert sessions from Dr. Somanath, Dr. Devi, and CMA Dr. A. S. Gurudath on regulatory changes, circular economy practices, and global green finance standards. Research presentations showcased diverse themes like AI in education, market externalities, and ESG leadership, conducted both online and offline. The conference concluded with Dr. Lakshman Kâs valedictory and the Best Paper Award to Karthik Nagraj and Kayashree S, marking a day of meaningful learning and collaboration.
