Turning Ideas into Impact

The Arihant Startup Innovation & Business Incubation Center (ASIBIC) is an initiative by the Arihant Group of Institutions (AGI) to inspire, support, and empower young innovators to bring their ideas to life. Designed as a catalyst for creativity and entrepreneurship, the Center provides a nurturing ecosystem where students, alumni, and aspiring entrepreneurs can transform concepts into viable business ventures.

Our goal is to bridge the gap between imagination and execution - helping founders move from idea to validation, and from prototype to launch. With access to expert mentors, funding support, industry partnerships, and a collaborative workspace, ASIBIC serves as a launchpad for innovation-driven startups that aim to create social and economic impact.

The Incubation Journey

ASIBIC’s incubation module is designed to guide startups through every stage of their entrepreneurial journey - from concept to company.

Pre-Incubation

This is the discovery stage where ideas take shape. Entrepreneurs work closely with mentors to explore possibilities, conduct in-depth market research, and assess feasibility. Through brainstorming sessions and peer interactions, participants identify real-world problems and potential solutions that have commercial and social relevance.

Proof of Concept (POC)

At this phase, startups translate ideas into tangible prototypes or early product models. Founders test the core assumptions of their business through pilot runs and gather genuine customer feedback. This helps refine the value proposition, ensuring that the concept is practical, scalable, and meets a verified market need.

Incubation & Growth

Once validation is achieved, the focus shifts toward transforming the concept into a viable business. Startups receive structured mentorship on product development, branding, go-to-market strategy, and customer acquisition. Financial advisory and early-stage funding support help build sustainable operations and establish market presence.

Acceleration & Scale

In this final stage, ventures focus on scaling operations, enhancing performance metrics, and preparing for investor engagement. Through networking events, demo days, and exposure to angel and venture capital communities, startups learn to position themselves for long-term growth and strategic partnerships.
